- With an Epygi Quadro 2X (as quoted) you can have 8 external phone calls running concurrently on the 1 line providing you have enough bandwidth.
- Voicemail is included – recent customer paid $1000 to upgrade their PABX with VMail.
- You can have VMail to Email which is handy if you are out of the office and have a data package on your mobile.
- The Quadro 2X will handle up to 8 extensions out of the box and can be upgraded to 16 extensions with a license key worth $330.00 allowing room for future expansion.
- Don’t pay $1000 or more for IVR (interactive voice response ie. For sales press 1, accounts press 2 etc.) it is included you just record the messages or pay someone to do that for you and install.
- Number porting is possible as well the charges are as follows $88.00 (once off) then $27.50 per month for a 1800 number or $4.40 per month for a standard line number.
- Remote extensions or multiple sites can talk to each other for free as long as they use the same carrier, i.e. you can have an extension installed at home and talk to the office for free or if you have a chain of stores all connected to the internet VIA VOIP you can talk to each site for free.
